Watermelon Cooler – Living Sober

Just three ingredients in this delicious drink. The coconut water gives it a delightfully tropical edge. So simple but really yummy!

Ingredients:

2 cups watermelon flesh
1/2 cup coconut water
3 cups sparkling water

Method:

Blitz the watermelon and coconut water together until smooth. Strain it through a sieve into a container.
Refrigerate until ready.

For each drink pour 2(ish) inches of the watermelon slush into a champagne flute then top up with sparkling water.
