Apple Mimosa Mocktail – The Mindful Mocktail

Caramel sauce/topping (optional): I used a store-bought caramel topping made for ice-cream which worked perfectly. You just want to choose a sauce that will stick to the rim of the glass and allow the cinnamon sugar to stick to it – I imagine almost ANY caramel sauce will work for this!

Cinnamon sugar (optional): If you don’t have cinnamon sugar at home, just mix half a cup of granulated sugar with 1 tablespoon powdered cinnamon to make your own. The ratio is 8 parts sugar to 1 part cinnamon, so you can reduce the quantity and make a smaller portion if you like. Alternatively, make a little extra and keep it for your next round of apple mocktails – I guarantee you won’t want to stop at one!
