Outlook Good by Surly Brewing
Surly Brewing, a renowned brewery in Minneapolis, Minnesota, traditionally known for its alcoholic offerings, has made an exciting foray into the non-alcoholic (NA) beer market.
This move comes in response to growing demand, particularly given the city’s reputation as a national hub for NA beer.
Outlook Good is Surly’s inaugural non-alcoholic beer. This beer features a blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Warrior hops, paired with a selection of malts including Golden Promise, Vienna, Carafoam, Acidulated, and Honey Malt. Fermented with Lallemand Lona yeast, it presents an amber pour and medium bitterness
The NA beer will be available the week of December 18th, 2023.
